The 24-hour check-in service was really convenient, and we didn't have to worry about arriving late. the staff was welcoming and the room was clean. the location was great, close to a big landmark and easily accessible by public transportation.
The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at night with lots of noisy bars and nightclubs. We had some issues with water leakage in the bathroom, which wasn't fixed properly and caused some discomfort as the floor was wet.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and easily accessible. One of the best features was the 24-hour check-in service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided basic amenities like toiletries and towels.
While the hotel had many positives, there were some downsides as well. The area surrounding the hotel was a little questionable at night, with bars and nightlife establishments that made the atmosphere feel a bit creepy. Additionally, we encountered a couple of staff members who had a bad attitude and didn't provide the level of service we expected from Japanese hospitality. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would consider staying again.

The surroundings of the hotel were not ideal and gave an eerie feeling at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in every aspect of our room. The hotel facilities were excellent and met all of our expectations. We found the location to be perfect for our needs and were able to easily access transportation. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
Everything was spot on.
